1. What this is

Canada Licence Prep is an independent study aid for Canadian licence knowledge tests. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the RCMP, any provincial ministry, Transport Canada or any course provider. It does not replace mandatory courses, and it does not issue any licence, card or certificate. Laws and test formats change: always check the official source before relying on any fact, and follow your instructor and the law over anything on this site.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox: it is how you prove you own the subscription. One subscription is for one person; don't share sign-in links.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or every 3 months) in Canadian dollars, billed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays on for a short grace period (3 days) while Stripe retries; after that it switches off until payment succeeds.
  • Prices can change; we'll email you before a change applies to your subscription.

4. Refunds

Contact contact@bisaitechnologies.com within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong (for example, you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or the service didn't work for you) and we'll refund it. Otherwise payments for a started period are not refundable, except where consumer law in your province requires it. There is no pass guarantee: we can't control the official test.

5. Acceptable use

Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish the questions, explanations or notes; they are our original work and protected by copyright. Don't try to bypass the paywall or disrupt the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting the consumer protection laws of your province.
