Test-day checklist
- Finish the 40-hour training and get your Training Completion Number (TCN). Keep your valid Emergency First Aid / CPR certificate.
- Book at ontariosecuritytesting.com (by 15:00 the day before): online proctored (desktop computer, Safe Exam Browser) or at a DriveTest centre.
- Bring government photo ID (not a health card or SIN card).
- Format: 60 multiple-choice questions in 75 minutes (2-hour appointment). Pass mark 62%.
- Results in about 2 business days. If you fail, rebook and pay again (no waiting period).
